Hello. We’re Robert and Michelle Colt, the founders of Colt Coaching. For 20 years, we dedicated ourselves to helping individuals achieve greater well-being and success through our unique approach called the “Inside Game: Go In and You Win.” Our method combines key aspects of quantum physics, neuroscience, and timeless Eastern wisdom to unlock potential and transform lives.

Our journey began in the Entertainment Industry, considered to be the most difficult and competitive field for successful outcomes. We had the privilege of working with award-winning actors, directors, writers, and industry professionals. We were invited as guest speakers to the Screen Actors Guild and AFTRA on numerous occasions, earning recognition as top professionals in the field. Our in-person workshops were highly sought after in New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.

Throughout it all, we maintained a thriving one-on-one coaching practice working individually with people from various fields beyond the entertainment industry, including attorneys, CEOs, entrepreneurs, creatives and business leaders. Robert has also been one of the top and in-demand acting teachers, highly regarded for his unique approach. We’ve seen firsthand how deep personal work, when combined with practical tools, can propel individuals to unimaginable heights. 

During our six-year break, beginning in 2019, Michelle took time to train in inherited family trauma, the mother wound and nervous system regulation as it pertains to being able to take important risks in your life. While Robert was focused on teaching acting Michelle developed and taught a highly successful workshop in Los Angeles and New York called How To Have The Courage to Let Your Light Shine and Be Seen, empowering people to step into their authentic selves and embrace their power.

Now, we’re excited to bring our expertise to a broader audience through our new venture, Colt Coaching. When we reflect on all the successes our Inside Game Workshops achieved in arguably the most competitive field on the planet, we can’t wait to witness the countless successes that are sure to come to participants and clients, like yourself, with our new venture.
